That's not compatible with this version of vBulletin, and Pekka will not upgrade vBulletin software since he's developing a complete replacement for it.

That solution is not free and will cost a lot of Pekka's time to implement. Time that is better spent on the new forum software or his family life outside POTN.

With new software there will be solution(s) to make it possible. I test routinely the current dev version with my iPad. Reducing amount of data transferred is also close to my heart so it transfers very little data after initial load (to browser cache).

FWIW, when I browse POTN on my Iphone, I could never use the search function on my iphone for some reason. Tap the field opens the keyboard but I only able to type in 1 character and it'll zoom back out to the screen and I have to tap it again to type in another character, and keep doing it in...

Very strange, on the ipad it works fine.

So yeah an iphone app would be great haha

When the box comes up, click 'Advanced Search', and do it that way. Works pretty good! I had the same problem until someone told me that!
