Here's a few from myself, love to get out every once in a while and just concentrate on flight shots. Mallards and Gulls are especially good subjects.

Thanks to all, I really need to hit the gym, when am holding my 100-400mm for more than 20min my hands start shaking. Might have to try some diff techniques.
