Some Help Please

Hello

Was wondering if I could get some help with my post production, and how to save this photo.

I dont think I took the picture well, pretty much a quick snap, and there was a fairly overcast day going on.

Went to lightroom, and did some tweaks and added gradients for the sky pumped the colours out, brightened the building, but it still seems well... rubbish to me (maybe i'm just being overly critical), any way I can make it better?
