Here are my attempts at College Volleyball. This is an extremely difficult sport to shoot—they move so fast!
Canon 20D
Canon Macro Lens EF 100mm 2.8 USM
Tv mode with shutter @ 1/125 or 1/160
Aperture @ 2.8
Partial metering
Center auto focus point

not bad at all. I am about to invest in a 85mm f1.8 which may help in those poorly lit gyms. I shoot HS volleyball with the 70-200 f2.8 and I find most are around the 70-85mm range at best. Keep up the great work and enjoy.
