Wow, some nice shots here. I'll have to dig out my lighthouse pics and process them. I don't have any on my server, so I've never processed any, which indicates that they probably all suck, but you asked for it...

Nice lighthouse photo's. This ones on Lake Superior and it's called Split Rock. The photo is actually taken from the main highway at a little rest stop that up until now I have always driven right on by and never really saw the view.

This is the Little Point Sable lighthouse on Lake Michigan (Silver Lake area). It's the tallest lighthouse on the Great Lakes.

Lots of great lighthouse shots here, thanks for sharing.

Here's a contribution from England. Hartland Point Lighthouse in North Devon.

Don't see too many lighthouses around here, but a couple of weeks ago, went to the far South East coast of New Zealand, and captured these at Nugget Point.

Arrived there a bit late for sunset, but captured the near full moon rising up.
(Angled like this, as 17mm couldn't fit the rocks and moon in, on a flat horizon.)

And, as I wasn't happy I missed the sunset colours, I decided to stay in the area, and get the sunrise off to the East, directly behind it... At least the cloud didn't full cover the sun coming up. :)

It's great to see different shape or form of lighthouses!:p

I captured this lighthouse in Point Lowly Whyalla, South Australia.
