i have been shooting for about a year.
recently i notice the prices of new lenses increasing... alot, more then normal inflation could justify,
do you all think this has something to do with the japan disaster? or is it common for the prices to fluctuate this much...
just a few months ago a 85mm 1.8 could be had new for 370 bucks, now it is 420
50mm's going for 135 now... this seems crazy
as a new photographer, is this great of price variation on new lenses common different times of the year?
