Default website options

hey guys! up until now my photography has just been fun, but now things are starting to get a bit more serious. With this comes the need of a site. I have a site now but don't have my own domain name. I want to redo it completely. It is hosted at webs now and i am looking for a change.
i would like to have a contact page in which the potential customer types in their info and hits submit and the information is forwarded to me. i assume this info gets sent to me by e mail? i don't really know as i have never had this before. i would also like password protected proof galleries in which they can order their prints from. is there any way i can have my watermark on the photo in the proof gallery and when they click purchase blank size i have the chance to remove the watermark before it gets sent off to be printed? i would also like to just put the unedited images for proofing as editing all the images would not make much sense. so basically i would like to make changes to the image before they are sent out to get printed. i assume sites like smugmug dont let you do this? again i am not sure as i have never done this. i just need a convenient system in which print orders can be recorded and i can still make changes before they are sent out to the lab. i would also like to stay away from flash as i have heard that is no good.

which affordable site would be right for me that would make all this available?
and can anyone point me in the right direction on how to get the other desired features for the site? of course money is an issue and i cant pay someone to do this for me.

thanks for even reading this far not to mention helping!
