I like the old style coin slot and lever, but kind of wrecks it with the new style prepaid card ad. I guess I prefer b&w on this picture. Shows more fo the wear and tear on the phone and the colour dosen't distract you. Also fits in with the old style phone.

Black and white photos are awesome. Love the b&w. I do a lot of my pet photos in b&w.

I'm going to have to go against the grain and say color. I don't think the tonal range lends itself well to black and white, and the prepaid ad is an eyesore. In the color version the texture comes out nicely and the prepaid ad is yellowed so that it doesn't stand out against the phone really. Just my opinion, but I feel the prepaid ad grabs your eye a bit more and takes away from the subject in the black and white version over the color version.
Nice shot too

If it weren't for the text, I'd say b&w. As it is, color.

It would be color for me. A little bit more contrast and add little grain.

did you use the channel mixer on the B&W? It may have a bit more punch if you play with it a bit. Then I would go for the B&W
