I recently picked up a T2i to use mostly as a lightweight travel body, but I've been more impressed with it than what I had anticipated. I find I'm using it more and more often. I also picked up the 55-250 and I'm really impressed with it, even next to my 70-200 f/4.

Wonderful shots Michael, and that dog is just too adorable. Great detail in your shots too.

I just sold my 55-250. It's a wonderful lens and I'm really going to miss it, but I needed more reach, so bought a Tamron 70-300 and a teleconverter.

Carmen, been meaning to comment on these all day and kept getting side tracked. Awesome series. That L glass will shine all the time. Just doesn't get any sharper than that, does it?

Did you used your 70-200mm?

I think you can try with ISO400, f/6.3, 1/125 with your 430EX flash, continues shooting mode and see what happen.

I used my 70-200mm it was getting dark thay is why I was up 800 iso.

Got the opportunity to use my 55-250mm at a surfing contest, although I had fun I was the only person there with a Rebel. I felt like I brought a pea shooter to a gun fight! Oh well some day I might have the extra cash to buy the big guns.
