Awesome shot Chad. I have a question regarding how to get that effect done. I attempted longer shutters while on vacation and the images were just plain blown out. Hardly anything but white.

I tried very high numerical f/stops with ISO set at 100 with no luck. Is there a specific filter (I have a CPL?) that is used to obtain long exposures during daylight without over exposing?

called ND filter.. i have a 4nd i got for xmas.. but i believe really sunny day you need like 10nd...

Thank you. I used a homemade nd filter using a 10 stop welding glass
