awwww, guess she didn't like the helmet? :( Poor baby! Mean ole parents making you be safe!!! ;) lol

adorable pictures as always ... how old is she now? 15-16months I'm guessing?

No she freaked out about that helmet! She needs one to wear everywhere, not just the little quad!

14.5 months old going on 13...already!

Tell me about it... I'm hoping my next will be a boy.

Because, we all know, boys never grow up.

Haha! I think every guy wants to have a little boy to raise. I'd definitely be happy with another girl but I think one of each would be perfect!

Don't get me wrong, we're expecting again in April... and I certainly won't complain about another girl, but, like you said, having a boy would be cool.... and this is my last chance. (I don't want more than 2 kids, haha) :D

Wow, what a project. I almost cry looking at them. Such a precious set of images. Believe me, these will grow more important to you as you get older.

Your eye is very good. Compositions are great. Subject is heart-stopping. I'm thinking I should send you my 1D IIn and 70-200 f/2.8L IS-II since you're doing such a good job. Oh wait, I just forgot, I don't have a shipping box. Drat. Sorry :-)

Congrats and I wish you a healthy baby with a slight lean to the blue side!

Wow! Thanks so much!

You know, funny you mention that they will get more important to me. I have gone back over all of these shots over and over and I cant begin to say how awesome it is. When you see someone everyday you miss the small changes. I can already see her hair growing and her teeth are definitely coming in fast! This album will be one of my most prized possessions.

I'll send you a box!! I'll take that 70-200 2.8 anyday!

Im saving my pennies for one right now. I love my 85mm 1.8 but she is so fast now that I lose shots. I'll have an awesome shot composed perfectly and BAAAAMMM...she falls, runs away or charges me! I love primes but Im going to buy a set of f/ 2.8 zooms. Probably the 17-55 2.8 and the 70-200 2.8.

I shoot mostly sports. The 70-200 f/2.8 is an absolute essential. I no longer have my 85 f/1.8 nor my 135L. The 70-200 f/2.8 has replaced them both. 17-55 is another great lens. I have the Sigma 17-50 and am pretty happy with it too though I've not tried it on moving subjects yet.

When I look back through my family pics, I rarely wish I had taken LESS pics!

I have a lot of shots from her 14.5 months already! We can never have too many of the most important people in our lives!

haha.... when I first saw the picture of her trying on jeans - I didn't notice the price tags and was like WHOA, she's got a LOT of clothing!! ;) :D

but then silly me realized she was in a store trying on clothing :)

love the bonus shot... I have a similar one of my younger son, at around the same age (he might have been closer to 11-12months) .... but his hand was near his little booty and it was just such a hilarious pose tha ti had to snap the picture. She looks really tall in these pictures - growth spurt?

Yes, she has really shot up over the last month! She now is at least an inch taller than her cousin.
