Default Permission to Publish Photos Given to Website A but Not Website B

I have given permission to website A to use some of my sports photos. Obviously, I have no issues with this. But here's my rub - website B, which seems to scrape stories from the internet is not only scraping stories from website A but my picture as well.

Should I be disturbed by this?

Here's an example:

1. I gave permission to BruinsNation to use the photo associated with the story: http://www.bruinsnation.com/2011/4/1...an-Diego-State

2. I did not give permission to this website, hell, I've never even heard of them: http://www.liquida.com/article/20297...stanford-sdsu/

Website B links back to Website A, so I wouldn't have a problem with it. Theyre merely reposting a story if you will.

I think you should contact bruinsnation and let them know someone is stealing/borrowing/using their work and photography that you own.

See what they say. if they don't care I'd contact liquida and find out from them why they're using w/o your permission.

Thanks for the feedback, guys. Much appreciated, I'm still waffling...

It would appear that they are just linking the story, not actually physically copying your work. If you click on the "read full story" at the bottom of the liquida page it links right back to the bruinsnation page. Whether it is right or wrong there is allot of this that goes on in the blogging world. Why write a story yourself when you can simply link to someone else's. I would feel differently if it kept the liquida header when you went to full story. I don't see anything overly dubious here.
