They look like parked cars. You need to show motion in cars.

Cracking pictures. However, your shutter speed is far too high. Try using a slower shutter to show more motion.

I have to agree, any kind of racing needs the motion aspect of the shot unless you have something else in motion in the image (ie: dirt dust, debris.)
