Default Cool Video on Stabilizers

Here's another cool video from the Still Motion group on the use of stabilizers. Just thought I'd share.

I'm getting used to the fact any video accessory is going to be pricey.

it's about $300 on B&H.

I'm curious if anyone's made a knockoff of that Merlin for less money.

You dont want a knock off Chippy! Get the real thing! You can find them used for around $600 all over the place. I have actually run across two so far in like new condition for $550. Thats really not that bad considering the results you can get and how compact it is.

Get a blackbird stabilizer instead. I have one and aboslutely love it. I can balance any lens/camera combo in under 2 minutes. And it flies like a dream =)

Plus it's cheaper coming in at $480 new.

Tundra underwater kinetic cases are great, affordable alternatives to pelican cases.
