Default Does this shot look out of focus

Hello all,

Currently I am using Adobe Elements 9. I just started using this program and I am a little frustrated with the on screen view of my photos. From my computer it looks a little distorted when I do any changes. So just wanting a secong opinion.

Thanks in advance.
