Hello ylojelo,
More infor may help others give the right help.
This would be regarding what is seen on the monitor isn't what your printer is producing OR the camera WB needs to be addressed?

At the beginning there are image colorspaces, camera profiles, monitor profiles and printer profiles. They all live harmoniously together in the wonderful world of colour management!! The trouble is they all tend to trip over each other if you're not careful. Some applications color manage, some don't. Print drivers can be setup to color manage or not. Get reading and back it up with some experimentation! If you're printing your own images, setting up your printer to print exactly what appears on the screen is mission impossible. You can get close, but be prepared to waste some paper and spend some serious time and effort. It should be easier, but it isn't!

Mac OSX, Leaf & Canon,

Maybe Im trying to figure it all out at once, and thats what confusing me. I shoot for a printed catalog, and for web and my wife shoots portraits/weddings which get sent out for printing, but Id like to get the epson 2200 up and running corectly. I dont even know if I should be making changes, either in the camera or in PS, for each of these. Ill read through the computer-darkroom link and try to formulate a real question.

Sounds like a good plan of attack.
Get back to us and we will shed some light on the "dark spots" for ya!

You have a slight advantage in all of this by working on a Mac.

I use a Mac (and I love it), Canon cameras and a Canon printer. Color management is still a nightmare! After a couple of years I've just about got my head round the camera colorspace, my monitor profile and color management in PS and iPhoto etc. I'm still working on the printer side!
