Thank you all for making this a successful competition this week, with all of your eager participation. First some words, and then the winner!

Mo--Cute Mo! Did you put the kids up to this, or were they just inspired to go nuts? Made me laugh.

Scatterbrained--Interesting, and quite red indeed. You got me looking for hidden shapes, and secret messages in the soapy turmoil. Was the jar red, or is this just a PP filter?

Paintmblak--Some people know I'm a sucker for cats. You have a better than average picture there, free of unwanted clutter. It's almost like a painting.

Alan--Now there is the opposite of the above photo, but pooches and and from the 'outside' perspective. Nice and uncluttered. To bad "Banks" stretched a wee bit, because had he framed himself in the window pane you would have had a killer image. Now stop messing with your dogs and go back inside to play with them!

Keny--Keny, welcome to the Canon DSLR Speed Challenge! It's always nice to get new people into these contests and get a shot of a new perspective. I like the humor in your submission, I just find the reflection in the car window distracts from your screams of anguish. When shooting through glass, try different angles to cut down or eliminate unwanted reflections (unless you WANT the reflection...:))

kbColorado--I really like the concept, but that captured critter barely looks like a critter. At first I thought it was small twigs. Your exposure is excellent.

PINNACLE--Dang that looks tasty. Good exposureand nice capture.

Kevan--Inventive, and made me chuckle before I wigged myself out because your creation is actually quite creepy. Weird, and I like weird. One nitpick, shutter speed is a tad slow and your image shows a little camera shake. This creation would have been totally set off had your background been a bright red!

N.V.M--Well done with the lighting, the whites are good and most of the reds are good. This is FTD worthy!

Phil--Nice catch, and good exposure.

teekay--Well done. Good use of lines to lead the viewer's eyes to the subject, and the lighting in the pipe helps giving your composition dimension.

And now the Podium:

HM--Kevan

Runner up---Paintmblak

Winner--- teekay

Thank you all for the great pictures! The new challenge is up to you teekay. If you need a hand starting the new comp, just ask.

Congrats to teekay and the runners up!! Great theme, Jason; my grandkids were playing trains on a rainy indoor day last week and the youngest one put the train storage box on his head. I grabbed the camera and the other one joined in. They were a hoot and I am glad that it fit the Inside theme.

I almost posted this one where they were making faces at each other:
