Default Using Internal Intervalometer

wondering if anyone knew how to use the Internal Intervalometer on the 20d. i can't find specific info in the users guide. could someone point me in the right direction.

The 20D has no build in intervalometer AFAIK. You can buy a TC 80 N remote and used as intervalometer.

or tether it to a laptop and use any one of a number of software packages that do this.
