Ordered mine yesterday and paid a bit extra to get it on Friday before the weekend. Hope mine is a sharp copy.

Yea I got the 24-105 with my 5D as a kit and hardly ever used - f4 just does nothing for me in terms of creativity and I've never been a fan of zooms anyway. Generally feel it makes me lazy when it comes to composition.

IMO primes really shine on FF, 35L in particular because of the massive fov and shallow dof - 35/50/85 is my go-to combo of lenses now.

little on the grainy side, strained the exposure a bit to recover... but i still like the outcome...
