Cloudy day NYC

How worth it is it to walk around NYC on a cloudy (not raining) day to take pictures of cityscape and everything else in the city. I live failry close to the city and I am debating taking the day to walk around and see what I can photograph. Do most of you not bother with cloudy days in general for taking photos?

Absolutely!

go out and take a look at all the soft light you have available to you now.

I took the photo linked below on a cloudy day. I've also spent fun times in NYC, visiting and photographing. Clouds? If it isn't raining, absolutely!

Why would you not bother shooting on a cloudy day?
