What should i get next

Trying to figure out what i need next. I have a 7D and 24-105L lens and 430exII. I just upgraded this summer from the 30d. I take a lot pics of drag racing, boats, photos of my daughter and doing photos a local clubs and now people want me to do weddings for them and their kids photos.
My father wants to get me something small for my camera for christmas and wont just give me money for a new lens cause he said i can get those and im trying to figure what i need cause i have a tri pod and a good back pack... What would you guys recommend cause he says i have $150 to spend and i dont have any filters.

A grip, spare battery, backup hard drive, Photo editing software.

I had requests for items to buy me for Christmas and birthday - problem was everything I need I get when I see a deal so I cannot offer them suggestions.
