thanks for the comments. The set up was pretty simple.
5d II 24-70 at 70mm f11 1/200
the lights are bowens gemini 200w as the rim lights and a 400w as the key light with a 36" soft box

also the background was white, but I made sure not to get any spilling light on it so it would turn a light grey this makes it easier to edit in photoshop and enabling me to turn the background into any colour I wanted with just 2 clicks
