Ive spent too much time at Yankee's warehouse down the street from the candle factory for work. One candle fragrance smells great, 2189756161728562 different candles in the same place smells BAD

So packing stuff to move, a loud revving and screeching later, some woman plowed her car (reversing) into an apartment next to us. Scott was not on the scene.

I'm super stoked. Just ordered Lightroom 4! Anyone else move from LR3 to LR4? Any tips on managing the catalog transfer? Did you just keep them as was or convert them to LR4 catalogs?

I upgraded. I let Lightroom convert my catalog. Was pretty painless, had no issues at all. The only thing you will see is if looking at old pictures in the Develop module, you'll see a small rounded square with a ! in it at the bottom-right of your image. Clicking on it will tell you that Lightroom 4 has a different way of processing images, and strange things may happen. You have the option to apply for the current image, or for the entire filmstrip. And I believe once you process with the new format you can't go back. I'm not too versed in Lightroom to know the difference, but when I come across it I apply it.

There are also more choices to choose from in the Basic exposure settings. I like the upgrade.

One note: BY NO MEANS am I even remotely a pro on Lightroom... My process is usually: crop, exposure, sharpen (if needed), export... that's it.
