All wonderful examples, but perhaps we also need to include some info on how these were processed?

that would actually be useful - i'll have to get a screen capture or somerthing of the bits and pieces I have done.

That's a GREAT idea Tim. :) Hopefully we can remember what we did or somehow explain it. lol..

I dont' use the pre-set stuff that's in the program. I start with one, maybe the neutral, and then I make custom changes from there. I save the custome change and give it a name, in case I want to go back and do the same thing again. But I always end up tweaking something here or there, so really nothing is exactly the same. Guess I need to solidify my workflow a little bit.

So who is using the presets, and who is customizing? ...just for curiousity.... :)

I will sometimes start with a preset then tweak the areas that I want to. Othertimes I just go crazy and do all kinds of crap - wouldn't have a clue what I've done to some photos...

I tend to start with a preset and tweak from there. Then I tweak a little more when I get it back into Lightroom....

Love this add on....

Essentially a controlpoint on the tower clock to keep the brightness in check as not to blow it out.
several control points - connected - around to bring out the buildings, increase the structure a little. A few control points to bring out some of the details of the quayside.

Straightened the horizon out in LR.

I get the impression that Tony's not worried about a "melt down" in Vegas...
