Hi, I haven't really ever started my own thread, I had an awesome photo-shoot last night with a new model.
Here are the results, Feel free to ask any questions or post any comments :)

Started off with a few Ice breaker shots, to get him warmed up and not nervous.
Towards the end of the ice breakers got this one .

Lighting: e640 in Hobd-W as main infront and 45` up.
rim: b800 in a gridded strip box.

Next we moved on to some body shots

Lighting: e640 in 7" silver reflector above camera, 43inch silver reflector camera right , and a b800 in a 7" reflector on the grey paper.

Lighting: same as the last shot, no 43" reflector, and a gridded strip box with b800 as rim back right side of image.

Then we moved to the white paper.

I really like this shot, but wish I got lower to make him look taller, he is over 6ft tall, and had more lights so I didn't have to photoshop the background to bright white.

Lighting was : e640 in hobd-w as main, boomed above camera. and 2 b800s in strip boxes for rim light. background brought back up to pure white in post.

Then we moved into some more life-style shots

and

(next post)

Both had 2 b800s blowing out the background, and a e640 in hobd-w boomed above camera as main.

I have a few more shots, but I want to do a joel grimes inspired compost for them, but need to go up to portland for some cool city backgrounds.

Feel free to ask me any questions you would like :)

i'd say that these are pretty good. Very clean and crisp. the blue looks a tad bright or over saturated to me....but a great pose.
