I noticed these on the outside of my window. Shot is from inside showing attachment to glass.

Sorry for the filthy glass.

Any help on ID?

Have they been like this for a long time? Whoever inside are intriguingly blue.
I wonder if you'll see changes before hatching ... shooting that will be fun! (and will help with the ID)
