Very nice, but I'm not sure I'm a fan of the gutter. It looks like it could weaken a lot over time. How does it feel/look in person?

=Arman's Photography;14144248]Do you have the promo number I can use or is that only who signed up at the show?

I accidentally left everything I'd gotten at the show behind at a friends house in Vegas so I no longer have their promo info. I emailed them yesterday to see if I can still get in on the deal, I'll let you know what they say when they respond.

It was offered to us during the show, so am not sure if it's offered in any other ways.

I believe it's always offered. You just have to talk to a rep in Minnesota.

OK, they emailed me back asking a few questions (how many weddings, newborns, and engagements I shoot, mostly) and said she'd help me through the process. So it sounds like I'll still be able to get the deal even though I lost the brochure from the show. I'd say it's worth contacting your local representative and see if it's available to you. My rep is very polite and helpful.

Thanks, I have e-mailed my rep yesterday, if she does not reply today I will call her to see if I could get the deal. It would be certainly great start.

Customer service has been terrific. They never took longer than 24 hours to return my calls. They also did free color correction for your sample. Such a great start to hopefully a long business relationship.

They called me this morning and I got the deal :) really great customer service and super friendly. It is nice to see this after so many companies that simply did't care about your business. For now I can only give them A++++++ customer service.

How many pages would be good for a sample album with Graphistudio?

I did 40, but you can go up to 60 (30 actual pages). I did 40 only because it fit the number of images I had from one wedding.

How do you actually like the pages, would hard pages be better? (They have 3 different ones)

I have the thicker pages and so far the clients like them. Most clients tend to like the photographic paper too.
