Those were some of the pains I faced. THe bleed and cut areas were a pain too.

The reason why I will only use their software from now on. They kicked back a few of my templates designed in Photofusion due to incorrect x and Y values. They are very picky .

I believe they will color and density correct the sample albums for free.

I have not heard from them since I uploaded my files 4 days ago, hopefully everything is OK. I only got e-mail saying the files are on their server.

Once they review the files, they will let you know what the issues are via example.

YOu can also view progress in the "Trade" area or whatever they call it. It'll tell you where your album is at in the process. I submitted my files 5 days ago and heard from them yesterday about the issues.

I think I'm going to have the bite the bullet and try using their software, this just isn't working with PJ!

Yeah same trouble here. I tried Lumapix and it was just easier to use their software.

Or just say you went to WPPI. I really don't think they have any way of knowing exactly who all was there.

As far as I know, you have to prove you are a pro photographer with a website.
