Just never bothered ordering anything from them b/c a few years ago I was at Photo Plus and signed up for the free sample albums but never received them, so right off the bat, I just didn't like them.

They were sending me reminder about getting my sample album in for printing. I had follow up emails too. Maybe they changed their customer service model. So far I have been able to reach them easily and they have been very helpful.

Getting the 12x12 sample album has helped me sell that size

Yeah, this was a few years ago, so maybe.
They've got the same cheesy website though.

They actually CALLED me! I initially ignored the call because I thought it was just a cold call since I actually don't recall visiting their booth at the show. Then I saw this thread so I emailed and my rep emailed back the next day... THREE times! To help me out. Usually calling and numerous emails annoys me, but when it comes to my album and print companies I'd rather get a dozen than none.

So it does seem their customer service has stepped up to top notch. Which is good as that's now one of my requirements for an album company!

I can't wait..... second/third week now since my order was submitted, no word from graphi on any mistakes or colour issue. My status is still at 50% (order/files received)

Never asked me for money or said I owed money. I would call their customer service department.

They had a $15 charge on mine and I called my rep. It was taken off. There should be no charges at all, even for shipping.

I got my albums last week, they look amazing. I can not believe how good the books are made, colours are the same as on my monitor and in general it has a very professional look.

My order was on hold for a long time because of the payment issue. Finally my rep fixed that. It's still asking for my credit card information but the balance says "$0" and she said I could just leave it alone. I told her I needed the album for a bridal show on May 10th and she said she'd put a note on there to have it ship by May 5th. So, it should be here soon!
