Thanks everyone for the kind words and feedback. I know I "overphotoshop" some images, but that is fine since I have all the originals in RAW, so I can just correct using a more natural processing.

And I noticed I would have trouble with shadows during the photo sessions. But I just bought a used 580 EX2, so I will be fine from now on...

Thanks again for the feedback guys

A 580ex2 will often not be enough during the day. I would practice finding better light and positioning better - that will improve much more than using a flash.

What a great set. Congratulations and I think you can call yourself a photographer. You're going to have a captive audience to practice on.

You are a photographer. Nice stuff.

I dont mind the effects, but yeah, instagram has really made this too overdone.

Congratulations and beautiful pictures. Your wife looks very happy.

As others have said, they are a little over processed. Which is OK! It's good to experiment when it's your own photos and have some fun. Try doing a couple where you just do basic tone and white balance correction and look at the two side by side. You'll see the difference. But with my own photos I sometimes like to do some fun editing I wouldn't do for a client and there's nothing wrong with that!
