Default How to?

Hey Guys,

need some advice here: borrowing a good size telescope from a friend and I want to -hook up one of my bodies to it. DO I need both T-ring, and T-adapter? or just one?

please help, and is there any recommendations for what brand and what not.

cheers
Adil
