They're all overexposed with the white losing detail, especially the first. Getting detail in whites is tricky. Go too far and it's underexposed. Composition is pleasing on the first two, but you cut off part of the subject in the third.

A white blossom shot in full mid day sun is nearly impossible to capture properly. Wait for later in the day for better light. Experiment with depth of field, wider and shallower for comparison shots.

id shoot shallower and maybe more over top
