Gimp 2.8 and G'MIC plugin
Already stated in Gimp thread, I know, but 2.8 was released a few days ago. (Finally have option for single window interface, under "Window" menu.)
Also writing this post because I just discovered the G'IMC plugin for Gimp. I know, I know this is nothing new either... but it is for me... there is a TON of cool filters and effects there, how I never heard about it before I don't know but just wanted to throw it out there for anyone else. http://gmic.sourceforge.net/ I found it while looking for a Fractilius filter for Gimp... there is a Rodilius filter there that can come close! Anyway there it is... Gimp 2.8 and G'IMC... something probably every gimp user already knew about except me!
