Maureen, I guess I got lucky.

We had 2 girls first and stopped there. Then I would see dad and a little boy and said to my wife "I want one of them!"

So we decided to try again and our first son was born. And before I could "take care of things" boy number 2 was born. But Hey! My brother had 4 girls before his son was born!

So that rounded it off perfectly for us - 2 girls born less than 2 years apart and 2 boys born less than 2 years apart!

And my wife told me "you ain't coming near me until you fix that thing!"

So I did, and all was well. haha!

So good luck on your quest for another boy! I hope you get it. 37 years is a long time!

Well, I think we've just about covered every subject now. LOL!

Good show everyone. I had some old photos taken of parents with their kids, but nothing as good as was presented here. Congrats!

Edit: Got 2, oldest is daughter followed up by a son. Brennan and Tucker. They's all growed.

We have 2 daughters, then 1 son. My son got stupid and had kids when he was still in college but luckily it all turned out well and they are the loves of our old lives. Our daughters married in their
30's & are just now starting families. Our son is talking about marriage next year and they want a couple of kids together (he never married the college girlfriend but ended up with the kid). He also finished college and has a terrific job. So all is well.

Very tough subject this week, Marie!
I'll try and get an easier one up ASAP.
not too easy I hope
: )

beautiful calm waters in that lovely scene
lot of expence put on the rescue teams also. great people, putting their own lives in danger most times

thanks Teekay

regards your question :

'BTW I still can't make the connection between a logging truck and the challenge subject.'

my quote above >
'where people are needed to help in situations to make anything 'work' anyway decently'

^^ above here is a quote from my description at the top of the thread, for entries put forward. giving choices . how people 's needs vary, we all may see different angles in showing that
the photo which Jcampo entered shows the middle part/start of a journey of precious 'wood'
mostly everyone needs what wood offers us in various ways
its all around us. your kitchen, tables chairs, even the finishing touches in leather upholstery. wardrobes, one could forever go on and on and ...........
but wood that I stop there
lol
the great carriers of the logs are driving on their journey, after their visit to or from the the sawmills depending on whats needed to be done
commercially , they will produce all kinds of everything. needs for all kinds of people
to me this certainly answers to a need which all peoples have
here in the photo that 'need' could not be done without the driver and transport whatever way... by loco or road.
also it covers the working mans need of a salary , to pay his way through life for himself and his family. his respect for himself
and all round the world the wood can be seen from the, thankfully, once beautiful trees ...with many more being planted to replace them, over and over
thank you trees too

thanks everyone

Hey pals, move quick, there's a G9 up for sale here in the classifieds. I know some of you are out of action due to sick cameras.
