Yes, this is a photographic cliché, but is this a good photo of one end of Times Square, or could I have made changes whilst there to improve this?

heh, I didn't actually make it down there...been to NYC twice and missed it twice now. I really like Times Square because it really amazes me how much light is pumped out there. The first time I went I was worried my 50mm lens was broken and not stopping down, because of the shutter speed it was trying to use, even at f/22!

The Flat Iron building isn't pretty right now, and it hasn't been for months. They have some scaffolding and netting on it, needed for repairs and cleaning. I'm sue it will be look great when it's all done.
