Lowepro ProRunner AW backpack carries everything except my 300. I have another Lowepro lens case for that.

When I was working in New York a couple months back I bought a cheap rolling luggage bag from a Kmart for like $35 and just stuck the backpack inside of that. Inexpensive solution that worked perfectly.

I have been using the Think Tank Airport Security bag for three years. I keep the bag in my truck, and carry it inside of the venue, when I get a feel for where and the surroundings. I take the bag the first day especially.
I am able to get two bodies, three long lenses in the case 70-200, 100-400, Sigma 50-500.
The Think Tank company provides excellent products, and provides great customer service, guys repeatidly comment on Think Tank bending over backwards to replace a zipper, or handle, many times sending the repaired item to them on location.
For more permanent storage I also have a Pelican case that I use
Too minimize moving the bag to and fro I use a small bag from an Army Navy store to hold extra batteries, cards, business cards. I remove the cards after the shoot, remove the batteries and take that bag into the house when I arrive at home this saves me moving the bag yet again
You can't go wrong with Think Tank products bags, belts etc.
