Default lightroom 3

i just took some shots of my new grand daughter. and caught some of the private ares in the shots. what can i use on light room 3. to fade these areas out. not all that familer with the program so any help would be great.

Probably the spot removal tool plus a brush to reduce exposure, contrast, saturation, clarity.
