Default product copy rightS

If I create photographs which include branded products and use those images on my own webpage to high light my photography skills will I come in to trouble over copy right? I would like to create food still life’s which may include wine or spirit bottles and also possibly single items.

i do not think so. hence what you are doing will only promote their products so no problems . but you should seek legal advises too

Thanks roshan123. I am still considering weather or not to post this sort of image there are so many branded products that it can be difficult to exclude them. Legal advice can be expensive.

If you're not doing selling those photos for profit, it should be OK to do so.
