Default shopping time

hi there folks
i am trying to put together a shopping list for the mpe and mtex24
i have a family member visiting me in Sept who will be bringing me the items
and because of where I live, both the prices and the availability are very different than B&H/Adoama/etc
so I need to do it all at once

so, in general, I was thinking of getting the:

1.) mpe and mtex24 (duh)
2.) the kaiser lifts (2)
3.) the hood for the mpe
4.) the stofens for the mtex24 (even if they aren't very good unto themselves - a lot of the DIY solutions seem to utilize the plastic boxes as holders for the DIY solution) BTW - do these come as a set, or do I need to buy two units?
5.) ??gary whoever puffer things (2) to add on the stofens for further light modulation?? (not sure about this one)

and a whole bag full of patience. (didn't find that for sale at B&H or Adorama for some reason though! )

Any ideas, objections, additions?

p.s. - if anyone would be willing to take a picture of their mpe/mt ex 24 with hood on...i would appreciate it.

Default Re: shopping time

I have been using my MPE and MT24 for a few years now...without the kaiser hot shoe, without the hood nor stofen.

Mine looks like this: http://orionmystery.blogspot.com/201...ck-update.html
