Default 5D MIII air show settings

So this will be my first attempt with my 5D MIII shooting the Blue Angel's during Seafair and was wondering what settings are recommended. Equipment is 5D MIII, Canon 100-400, Canon 70-200 2.8 (should the 100-400 not be fast enough but I don't think it will be a problem). The weather is forecasted to be about 73, clear and sunny. For settings I plan on using TV mode and AI sevo and was thinking of using case 4. Currently AF is set at the 41 cross type but was wondering if zone would be better suited? There will be jets, prop planes and helicopters; for the prop planes and helicopters I'm going to start around 1/200 and for the jets will start around 1/1,000 and adjust as needed (starting around 100 ISO and will again adjust as needed). Does anyone have any other tips or recommendations? I did do a search but didn't find any results for the 5D MIII with the new case settings. Thanks in advance! Also anyone else going? I'm going Friday afternoon (weekend crowd is just too crazy plus I'll be out of town) and will be on the Mercer Island side.

Don't know what the equivalent is on the 5D3 but I use center-point AF with surrounding helpers on my MkIVs and my MkIII.

You're shooting at distances where "critical focus" shouldnt be an issue and neither is DOF.
