Default Canon PS S45

I have been using PS S45 for almost 6 months. This is the first time I have problems with the drivers. Which driver is not funtioning probably? I really have no idea.

Below is the detail descrtiption of what happen and also action taken. If any of you out there have some great ideas or solution I will be much appreicated. Thinking of getting updated with all the high tech equipment? Well...now running into some problems.

1. Plug in the camera to PC.
2. New Hardware found.
3. Prompt to install driver.
4. CD inserted ...but found no driver file.

Solution (Action Taken)
1. Download multiple drivers file from Canon web site.
a. FileViewer Path
b. UTW_PS_S45 Driver
c. FTU Update
d. k2a02enx.exe (suppose to be the same as UTW_PS_S45)
2. Ran all the downloaded setup.exe files.
3. Received error: 1608: Unable to create InstallDriver instance.
4. In between....keep rebooting computer and lauch FileViewer but yet see no Canon Camera icon on applications.
5. Still prompting to load Driver.
6. Am a little bit annoyed.

Haha...so much trouble! Could have just simply buy a flashcard to copy from memory card to hard drive.

Million thanks in advance. Location in Europe. Will check message on 13th June.

Cheers

You must install all the drivers BEFORE plugging the camera. I think the manual explains the solution if you don't follow this sequence to begin from scratch again.

Guillermo is right. Remove the drivers. Install them again, an then connect your camera!
