Keep going, nice to see round 2 of this thread.

I stopped to post much in this site and i had 2 of my old threads on round 2, this is the only site i have the longest posts numbers and long threads.

Yes, personally I thought it was okay...common usage and all that! As for the trademark, well...just yesterday I was playing retrieving with my dog and when he wouldn't drop the stick I had to shout LEGO! So sue me!

Reminds me of the discussion about aspirin that lost its trademark status in a number of countries. Not in Germany but then you have to write it with a capital "A". I think lego ( with lower case "l") is - although the situation is slightly different here - on its way to becoming a generic word for modular construction toys.
