Red face 24mm 1.4L vs 35mm 1.4L

I am looking into these 2 lenses, anyone have this 2 lenses?

How do they compare at:
1. Sharpness?
2. Background Bokeh at same Aperture?
3. Usage?
4. Distortion?

Any suggestion will help.

I would likt to have either one for shoots in tight room with excellent sharpness, full length protrait, group shoots, & landscape.

So distortion is very concerning.

35/1.4 is a bit better in image quality, and judging from your intended use, appears to be the better choice. For landscapes, I'd use the 24-70 since you don't need the wide aperture most of the time.

The 24mm 1.4L is a beautiful lens with great colour in particular. If you have a 1.6x crop camera, its the better choice. I love my mates 35 but its just not that useful a focal length to me on a 20d. If you have a 1ds or 5d, the 35 would make better sense though still debateable if better than the 24.
