Nice photo - maybe for an added touch, make foot prints leading to the water.

Crop away 2/3rds of the sky from the top and I think the picture becomes more powerful.

Very good image. Now, for a little idea. The title tells us that someone has left the chair to go swimming, right? Well why not empower that by making the image do the same thing? If you had gone up to the chair and then made footprints (might take some heavy stepping) leading into the water's edge, this photo would really be awesome. Also, Balliolman's suggestion to crop away some of the sky is a great idea! It would strengthen the movement of the footsteps from the chair to the water, selling the story. It would give it an almost panorama photo-essay quality. Good job again. Hope my comments were helpful.

EDIT: Sorry, just looked back up and noticed that JustJerk made the same suggestion *oops*. Didn't mean to steal it!

Good call ... I think that would be the only way to improve upon this image.
