Remember when I do get a new body, I'll be living in Queenstown or somewhere down South, so the more you push, the more fun it will be, when you can't physically use it, unless you all have long arms.

Well I am happy to go ahead. Wouldn't mind shooting the drags, or maybe we could head out beachlands way for some beach/landscape stuff?
Wazza, I could loan you my EOS 500.....you have to put this weid film stuff in it or if you are really desperate you could use my Sony point & shoot.
So if we have a few people who are keen to do something today, I say we do it!

"Todays news"

"A gang of wild photographers descended on the Parrallel Imported store just after midday.
Claiming the store had mistreated a warrenty claim on a camera they sold, the gang started off with a peaceful protest. Unforunatly this soon turned ugly when one of the gang pulled out a large white batton aproximity 400mm long and started to swing it around in a threatening manner................"

Im don't know if I can make it or not now, Im down to about 75% certainty.

I'm still keen for today, although would be shooting with film. Could be an interesting exersize in shutter restraint. Also interesting to see what the lenses look like on a small body (vaguely considering a 350D)
