I like it, but I think she kind of looks like a floating face and hands because her entire body and most of her hair blends in a bit too much with the background. I think it would greatly improve the shot if either she was wearing gray or the background was gray - just getting some more tones in there would define her and not let her slip into the backdrop, though you could still keep it dark if that was your intention.
I actually like what was done here, and I can see the original intent, which was to emphasize the model's face. Lighting seems very nice, and not overblown either.
