Hi. I recently purchased the AW-PS200 All-Weather Case for my girlfriend's Powershot S110. We took it snorkleing one time and after about 5 minutes, enough water had entered the case to ruin the camera. My question is - has anyone had this problem? Or, has anyone had to deal with Canon's Warranty Department? The case is only about 6 months old but the camera is about 18 months old.
Any suggestions, comments or tips would be appreciated. I am in the USA. |

I would think Canon should have to replace the camera and case. Haven't you spoke to Canon about this? Phone them.

Does the case come with a warranty?
Does it cover just the case or the case and camera? |
