Default s2 is - large prints

can someone share their experience with prints larger than 8x10? I have read one review that stated that anything larger than 8x10 was not very good. I am still trying to decide if I want this camera. I am torn between it and the sony H1.

I DONT know about prints but this camera gets noise above 100 iso 50 iso is better so if the review you read was above this then i would not exspect prints above 10x8 to be to good.

I have never tried printing larger than 8x10 with the S2 IS - these were fine, IMO.
It's my understanding that larger prints would require more than the 5.0 mega pixel of the S2 - depending on the size, you might be able to squeak by, if it's anywhere near 8X10.

Your at the upper practical end - keep in mind this is a great P&S camera - $400 isn't going to give you DSLR quality. If you are looking for larger, diligent PP is probably in order.
