I like the way the album is set up, and I especially like the pic of the whole band together at the table.

Thanks all! I had given up on this thread on the assumption that the style was not to anyones liking...The band was happy and that was my main concern!

Well, we like to see bands actually playing so it might have taken some by surprise that these were all poses. We also like to have a few images embedded (using links to your website but that show up when we load a thread.) If you need help with this please ask ... a lot of folks don't bother to click additional links out to websites that they are familiar with ... too many bugs around these days. I liked your images, although they all were pretty similar.

Thanks Dwight for the feedback. I've read a bunch of you posts and really admire the work you've done. It was a real limited shoot at only one location(availability of the band was an issue), so the images are unfortunately somewhat similar. We had a bunch of great ideas brainstorming beforehand, but we just did the coffee shop since we had permission and everyone could make it...

I like the groupshot in front of the window, and the individual 'couch shots'. The ones in front of the curtain don't do it for me, and I *really* don't like the PP on the 'table' groupshot. (YMMV)

The photos in front of the curtain, like Rene', just don't anything for me...

Thanks again for the input everyone. We never had an opportunity for concert/performance shots due to scheduling on the part of the band members. Next time around, I will certainly push harder in getting that type of atmosphere captured.

Hey, just make sure it is fun and that the band feels the images convey their vibe ... musicians are nuts about getting the right "vibe"!
