Hi, I just leased a 2013 Honda Civic LX and it has a display called an i-mid. It has the ability to use a jpg as a wallpaper, but when I try following the instruction manual I can't load the photo. The manual says to format pics as a jpg, 1920x1200, less than 2 mb. I do that and my pics won't load. Now it is only a 5" screen and I don't think it is actually an HD display, but it could be on par with an iphone screen.

I keep searching online for the true resolution dimensions of the screen so I can optimize my pictures for the screen, but no luck. I can only find some info about the 2012 size and even then it is inconsistent.

Is there a simple way to measure the true resolution displayed?

Call Honda support, explain the situation, and ask for info and advice.
